Here is a simple meditation form: In this meditation technique, one focuses on a relaxed manner. This will allow foreign thoughts to disappear. These are handled one by one as they occur. You proceed as follows:
1. Sit in a comfortable chair in a comfortable position.
2. Close your eyes and relax your muscles as best you can.
3. Stop thinking about anything, or try at least not to think of something.
4. Exhale, relax all the muscles in the breathing apparatus.
5. If foreign thoughts come to mind, end them in a relaxed way and returns to the relaxed breathing and repetition of the word.
As you go forward in this meditation, you will feel increasingly relaxed and no stress mentally or physically. You will feel that you breathe steadily, more efficient and that the circulation work more efficiently. You may also feel an increasing mental pleasure, or even a delicious ecstasy.
