Food hygiene is essential to maintain good health. If the basics of food hygiene can ignore the purchase, while preparing, cooking and food storage that the outcome is more likely to result in food poisoning. It is therefore essential to understand how to store food and cleaning their food preparation areas in a hygienic manner.

Once you have bought the food to ensure that unfold as soon as possible. Be sure to keep raw and cooked foods separately in the refrigerator to ensure that you cover to help prevent cross-contamination in the refrigerator. For optimal results are better than frozen foods thawed in the refrigerator, it will take longer, but will lead to a gradual thawing of the protection of meat proteins and thereby provides a much better cooked texture. Be alert at all runoff from melting liquid foods and did not spoil other foods in your refrigerator. The presence of moisture also encourages the bacteria therefore ensure washing meat and poultry before they need it.
