If you are a parent with a teenage child that has a weight problem you will be aware that their problem is not just going to disappear; these conditions are now affecting people of increasingly younger age groups. Teens more than adults need that self confidence which normally comes with age and it doesn’t take much to undermine what little self-esteem they do have.     Its very important that a teenager should be emotionally very stable. Many teenagers are under some emotional turmoil which may upset them and then they may shift to excessive eating.
