Qigong Meditation and Food Healing

Qigong is a year 5000 the art of improving energy, which combines powerful breathing techniques and slow movement of the body. Oprah Winfrey, Dr. Oz recently commended Qigong in 2007 when he said: “If you want to live to 100 years, Qigong! It was also considered one of the natural healing exercises to reverse cancer.

Qigong is practiced with a growing popularity, with 200 million practitioners worldwide, and its health benefits have been studied for many years. Among its powerful effects that promote health are: improving blood circulation and microcirculation in the front, stimulated appetite, sexual function and digestion, rapid metabolism, increasing alertness and concentration and increased energy. Many published studies have reported the healing power of Qigong in diseases such as arthritis, cancer, diabetes and heart disease, to name a few.

A person can not move the blood as much as jogging 2 miles, while standing perfectly still Gonging. The usual exercises like jogging, why release of cortisol  that contracts blood vessels. Qigong body is completely relaxed, but the blood must be strongly involved in the flow. People feel an increased heart rate, blood on their hands, while slow movements. In the absence of stress response, blood can enter areas that may have already been closed for years. Therefore, Qigong is so good at reducing the pain of the body. Micro circulation and the front is increased and digestion is greatly improved. No other sport offers this level of circulation in the organs and glands.
