Given the current economic environment, recognized Edward M. Harrington, founder and director of Hawthorne Partners Residential, past excesses in the global economy in the U.S. was hit by chance. Real estate is too expensive just because of the benefits from a more consistent systematic risk warning submitted by the misuse of leverage and derivatives can easily be ignored. But Harrington believes that the apartment owner can still find a way to improve their participation in what appears downturned economic situation. Harrington believes that the focus on the core operations of the site on a daily basis is important to stay on track. Most owners are distracted by other financial difficulties in their business and therefore have neglected some of the basic operational needs. The destruction of the operation of the site only compounds the existing challenges of job loss by adding the lower income, higher unemployment, and reduced net operating income.
