You Can Have Flatter Abs
So what happens if you want flatter abs but don’t have the time to spend hours each week in the gym or can’t afford the membership fees? One option is to forget about having abs to be proud of and carry on as normal, wishing that you looked like the ripped guys and girls in all the magazines. Another is to do something about it.
So what if you can’t get to a gym to workout and improve your health? There are other ways that you can get flatter abs and wave goodbye to your un-toned stomach. As a guy I was really self conscious when I saw men on the beach or in the park in summer with perfect six packs, especially since the junk food and no exercise lifestyle I was leading was catching up with me. I tried diet supplements and unhealthy at home exercise routines to get the abs I wanted but nothing worked – and I felt terrible.
One night I was surfing the web and I came across an article by a guy called Mike Geary who is a personal trainer and Certified Nutritional Specialist. He had developed a program called “The Truth About 6 Pack Abs” that promised to give me the abs I wanted without having to exercise constantly or take supplements. I was a little skeptical but I thought I’d give it a try. Now 7 weeks on I’m getting flatter abs and I can easily fit the recommended workouts into my daily routine.
